To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our convention halls and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
The Iconic Rooftop Rotunda Ballroom
This unique revolving rooftop ballroom creates a magnificent setting for a memorable occasion. Celebrate business milestones, welcome a new Chairman or host the charity fundraising dinner event of the year. Take in stunning views of the city skyline and surrounding area while your guests are dazzled with the delightful culinary skills of our chefs. The Rotunda can accommodate up to 175 for a seated banquet or 225 for a cocktail reception.

Designed to make conference management as simple as possible, this level offers multiple ballrooms and exhibition space, as well as group registration desks and offices for your use, business center, and our lobby bar and BREW coffee shop.
Great Lakes Center
With 17,700 square feet, this expansive exhibition hall sets the stage for an impressive trade show or large scale event. Gather 115 of the top industry vendors to display their latest innovations in full size exhibit booths. Invite colleagues to attend an important lecture in a theater-style set up for 1,800, or host an extravagant reception for more than 3,500 guests. Vehicle Exhibition is accessible to this space.
Grand Ballroom and Foyer
Host an event of grand proportions in this open yet warm ballroom. Everyone has a clear view as you welcome attendees to your annual meeting in a theater setting for 1,200, or during an interactive training session for 700 in a classroom setting. The adjoining 4,500 square foot foyer works perfectly for pre-conference registration and continental breakfast buffets, or for cocktails prior to a formal dinner. A separate entrance off the front circle drive makes it simple for your guests to arrive in comfort. The Grand Ballroom can also be easily divided into two separate rooms to better suit your meeting size, if required.
Ideally situated off the main lobby area and next to the Great Lakes Center, this flexible ballroom is ideal for several purposes. Divisible into as many as 11 separate salons, you may choose to use this space for breakout sessions, additional exhibition space or even buffet and seating areas for events taking place in one of the other venues. On its own, the Regency Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,200 for a reception, 600 for a seated banquet, 500 in a classroom setting or 750 in a theater set up. Regency also gives your guests access to the indoor pool terrace, a unique locale for a casual gathering.
Utilize this intimate space off the Grand Ballroom for private dinners for 12 guests. Its ideal location makes it viable for many uses, even as your own private office while managing your event.
Our junior ballroom, the 4,000 square foot Marquis Ballroom, is elegantly decorated in an traditional ballroom motif. Stunning cherry woodwork panels and glass chandeliers, make this space ideal for formal banquets for 300-350 or a classic reception for 400-500, complete with live entertainment.
Desoto Room and Foyer
With its foyer overlooking the dramatic atrium lobby, Desoto is the ideal location to host a complete function for small to medium groups: an exclusive meeting room for up to 150 guests, an adjoining foyer for breaks, lunches and networking receptions. A private adjoining office and coatroom make this a self-contained conference center just right for your smaller group.
Two permanently set boardrooms – Model T and Thomas – offer classic styling and upscale touches for executive meetings. Each features an elegant wooden table and comfortable leather chairs for up to 15 or 22 attendees, depending upon the room selected. Two additional rooms – Cord and Franklin – can be set in boardroom style or private dinners as needed. Enjoy a working lunch in the comfort of any of these meeting rooms, or adjourn to one of the private dining areas of our renowned restaurant, Giulio and Sons, for a delicious break.
Pierce Arrow/Stearns Knight/Bugatti Royale/Stanley Steamer
Each of these similar rooms can be used for any number of events to suit your purposes. Hold continuing education classes in schoolroom settings for 60, or round-table discussions for 45. Committee meetings, planning sessions and training seminars all fit very comfortably in these flexible venues. Each can be broken into two separate rooms, as needed. All are adjoining, to make it simple for attendees to move from meeting to meeting.
